Pick up in store

  • If you purchase large items online listed as pick up only, you can make an appointment or come in during open hours. If the item is large and requires extra assistance or forklifting, please make an appointment or call to discuss.

Delivery and Pickups

We can provide local deliveries of your purchases and pickups of materials. Pricing ranges depending upon location, size of crew needed, and time involved.

Return Policy

In store: Our store policy is no refunds, no returns with an exception for appliances. Please be sure to measure twice before buying! We are happy to give you small samples of certain materials if available.

Online: We do our best to ensure the condition of the materials are well documented. We do not accept returns unless there is damage during shipping.  We are a reuse store and most everything we sell is pre-loved.
