• If you purchase large items online listed as pick up only, you can make an appointment or come in during open hours. If the item is large and requires extra assistance or forklifting, please make an appointment or call to discuss.

We are able to ship certain small items. Please call the store to set up shipping @ 707-757-5685.

We offer local delivery when our crew is available based on location. Ranges from $85-$300 depending upon crew and timing required. You can also hire Lugg!

In store we accept cash, check, apple pay, credit and debit cards. Online we take most major credit cards and PayPal.

In store: Our store policy is no refunds, no returns with an exception for appliances. Please be sure to measure thrice before buying! We are happy to give you small samples for certain materials if available.

Online: We do our best to ensure the condition of the materials are well documented. We do not accept returns unless there is damage during shipping.  We are a reuse store and most everything we sell is pre-loved.
