If approached properly, deconstruction is an excellent opportunity in most industries, from office to retail, industrial and farm to institutions. There is no project too large, and most projects with over 20 items are a good candidate for deconstruction.
Schedule a simple 60-to-90 minute walk-through.
We will develop a custom set of recommendations of materials that can be reused given your budget and corporate sustainability policy.
We can also assist with the following:
- Recommend materials for reuse versus recycling
- Renovation planning for reuseable materials during occupancy
- Design for reuse – choosing materials that will be reuseable in their next life
- Tax – deduction opportunities
- Charitable donations
- Resale of items from the site to benefit your bottom line and reduce project costs
- Resale of items integrated into our costs
We can submit a comprehensive bid for reuse and recycling services for your commercial projects.
We provide crews to deinstall reuseables, and prepare materials for proper transport to avoid breakage, and coordinate with receiving end users.
We have various for-profit and non-profit partners that receive our materials whom we have chosen for their integrity and most effective reuse of the materials.
We do not believe in removing materials for reuse if they are just going to be recycled on the receiving end. It is a waste of our time and our clients time and money. We take pride in our work, and work to ensure that the materials we remove for reuse do indeed see a next life in their current form.
If you require Union labor, we have several partners that we work with who are able to salvage materials for reuse, and work efficiently and effectively at saving materials.
We are not a liquidator, but are happy to facilitate liquidation if you choose to go that route. We often find liquidation is best if you have enough time available. Liquidation results in effective reuse of materials in most situations, with a few materials as the exception.
